📍 Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
💼 Position: Full-Time | Permanent
🕐 Working Hours: Flexible Working Hours – Including Evenings & Weekends

🚨 Important: This is an On-Site Position
This role is fully based at our Wolverhampton studio. As the position involves hosting live broadcasts, product demonstrations and creating content from our in-house studio, hybrid and remote working arrangements are not available for this role.

About Geepas UK
Geepas is an international consumer electronics brand with an extensive range of products across kitchen appliances, homeware, personal care, entertainment, electricals and lifestyle.
Our UK e-commerce and social media team creates engaging, demonstration-led content that helps customers discover our products and understand how they can fit into everyday life.
As our TikTok Shop and social commerce presence continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded presenter to become one of the faces of Geepas UK.
🎬 About the Role
As our TikTok LIVE & Product Presenter, you will host regular TikTok LIVE shopping sessions and appear in selected social media content.
You'll bring our products to life through:
- Engaging live presentation
- Product demonstrations
- Real-time audience interaction
- Cooking and recipe demonstrations
- Social media content
- Product education
- Creative LIVE segments and ideas
You'll present products across our growing range, with a particular focus on kitchen appliances, homeware, personal care and electrical products.
One day you could be demonstrating an air fryer and preparing a simple recipe; another day you could be showcasing a personal-care product, answering customer questions and explaining why a product is right for them.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions from our Wolverhampton studio
- Prepare for LIVE sessions by researching products and developing key talking points
- Demonstrate products clearly, confidently and accurately
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications and promotions
- Interact with viewers in real time and respond confidently to questions and comments
- Keep viewers engaged and maintain energy throughout longer livestreams
- Demonstrate kitchen appliances through simple cooking and recipe segments
- Present products across kitchen, homeware, personal care and electrical categories
- Introduce promotional offers and encourage purchases naturally
- Appear in selected pre-recorded product demonstrations and social media videos
- Work closely with the Social Media, E-commerce and Creative teams
- Monitor LIVE performance, audience feedback and engagement
- Contribute new ideas, themes and segments for TikTok LIVE
- Continuously develop your presenting and product knowledge
- Represent the Geepas brand in a professional, friendly and authentic manner
🎤 About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, charismatic, energetic and naturally engaging on camera.
You may already have experience in TikTok LIVE, live shopping, presenting, social media, sales, broadcasting or another customer-facing environment.
You'll ideally be:
- Confident and natural in front of a camera
- Warm, personable and engaging
- Comfortable speaking continuously and thinking on your feet
- Energetic and able to maintain audience attention
- Confident answering questions and handling unexpected situations
- Able to explain products clearly without sounding overly scripted
- Comfortable learning detailed product information and specifications
- Confident demonstrating different types of products
- Comfortable preparing simple recipes and demonstrating kitchen appliances
- Commercially aware and comfortable introducing offers and encouraging purchases
- Creative and willing to contribute new ideas
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Comfortable receiving feedback and continually developing your skills
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when required

⭐ Previous TikTok LIVE, live-commerce or live-selling experience would be highly advantageous.
However, personality, confidence and the ability to connect with an audience are just as important.
🕐 Working Hours
This is a full-time position with a flexible working pattern.
Our TikTok LIVE sessions may take place at different times depending on:
- Customer activity
- Campaigns
- Promotional events
- Product launches
- Peak trading periods
You must therefore be comfortable working a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts.
Schedules will be planned in advance, with additional flexibility required around major campaigns and peak trading periods.
