Our UK e-commerce and social media team creates engaging, demonstration-led content that helps customers understand our products and see how they fit into everyday life.
As our TikTok Shop presence continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, energetic and engaging TikTok LIVE & Product Presenter to become one of the faces of the Geepas brand.
The Role
We are looking for a natural and enthusiastic presenter to host regular TikTok LIVE shopping sessions and appear in selected social media content.
You will bring our products to life through engaging demonstrations, genuine conversation and confident audience interaction.
You could be demonstrating an air fryer, preparing a simple recipe, showcasing product features, answering customer questions or helping viewers understand which product is right for them.
While sales are an important part of TikTok LIVE, we are looking for someone who can create an entertaining, informative and trustworthy experience, rather than simply delivering a scripted sales pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions from our Wolverhampton studio
- Present and demonstrate products clearly, confidently and accurately
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications and promotional offers
- Interact with viewers in real time and respond to questions and comments
- Encourage audience participation and maintain energy throughout livestreams
- Demonstrate kitchen appliances through simple cooking and recipe segments
- Present products across kitchen, homeware, personal care and electrical categories
- Research products and prepare key talking points before LIVE sessions
- Learn and confidently communicate information about a varied product range
- Appear in selected pre-recorded product demonstrations and social media videos
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager, e-commerce and creative teams
- Review LIVE performance and audience feedback to improve future sessions
- Contribute ideas for new LIVE segments, themes and content
- Represent the Geepas brand in a professional, welcoming and engaging manner

About You
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in presenting, livestreaming, social media, live selling, sales, retail or another customer-facing role.
You should be:
- Confident and natural on camera
- Warm, personable and engaging
- Comfortable speaking continuously and thinking on your feet
- Energetic and able to maintain audience interest
- Confident responding to questions and unexpected situations
- Able to explain products clearly without sounding overly scripted
- Comfortable researching products and learning technical information
- Confident demonstrating different types of products
- Comfortable preparing simple recipes and demonstrating kitchen appliances
- Commercially aware and comfortable introducing offers naturally
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Receptive to feedback and keen to develop
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
- Previous TikTok LIVE, livestreaming or live-shopping experience would be highly advantageous.

Working Hours
This is a full-time, fully on-site position based at our Wolverhampton studio.
TikTok LIVE sessions may take place at different times depending on customer activity, campaigns and promotional events. You must therefore be available to work a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts.
Schedules will be planned in advance, with additional flexibility required during major campaigns, product launches and peak trading periods.
