About BeaSocial
BeaSocial is a social commerce agency specialising in TikTok Shop, creator-led commerce and LIVE selling. We work with brands to grow revenue through TikTok Shop management, affiliate marketing, content and high-performing LIVE shopping programmes.
We are looking for a highly organised TikTok LIVE Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day operations behind our growing portfolio of TikTok LIVE campaigns. This is a remote, operational role rather than an on-camera presenting position. You will work closely with our presenters, account managers and brand partners to ensure every LIVE is correctly scheduled, promoted, set up, supported and reported on.
Key Responsibilities
LIVE Scheduling & Presenter Coordination
- Manage the master LIVE schedule across multiple brands and presenters.
- Coordinate presenter availability and confirm upcoming LIVE slots.
- Ensure presenters receive the correct products, briefs, talking points, promotions and campaign information ahead of each LIVE.
- Communicate schedule changes and campaign opportunities quickly to presenters and internal teams.
- Help organise additional LIVE coverage during major TikTok campaigns, promotional periods and peak trading dates.

TikTok Shop & Promotion Setup
- Set up and manage LIVE promotions including Flash Sales, vouchers, discounts, giveaways and promotional mechanics.
- Check that the correct products, prices, stock levels and offers are available before each LIVE.
- Coordinate product sequencing and ensure priority products are available for presenters to push.
- Support the setup of TikTok Shop LIVE campaigns and platform promotional opportunities.
- Monitor upcoming TikTok campaigns and ensure eligible brands and products are correctly enrolled.
LIVE Moderation & Real-Time Support
- Remotely moderate LIVE sessions where required.
- Monitor comments, questions and viewer feedback and communicate important information to presenters.
- Support presenters during Lives with products, promotions, pricing and technical/platform issues.
- Make changes to promotions or LIVE setup during a session when required.
- Spot issues quickly and coordinate solutions to minimise disruption to a LIVE.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting
- Check LIVE setups ahead of broadcasts and ensure presenters are prepared.
- Troubleshoot TikTok Shop, product, promotion and LIVE-related issues.
- Escalate platform issues to TikTok or the relevant team where necessary.
- Ensure presenters follow brand briefs and TikTok LIVE best practices.
- Monitor LIVE quality and provide presenters with actionable feedback.

Performance & Reporting
- Ensure performance data is recorded following every LIVE.
- Track metrics including GMV, orders, viewers, engagement, followers, conversion and product performance.
- Identify successful products, offers, timings and LIVE tactics.
- Share learnings with account managers and presenters to improve future sessions.
- Help maintain client LIVE trackers and reporting documents.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, proactive and comfortable managing lots of moving parts at once. Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok LIVE is highly desirable.
You should also be:
- Confident communicating with presenters and clients.
- Very detail-oriented — incorrect prices, timings or promotions can directly affect LIVE performance.
- Calm when something goes wrong during a LIVE.
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems quickly.
- Able to manage multiple brands and LIVE schedules simultaneously.
