Job Description: TikTok Livestreamer/Host for BRITISH CANNABIS™
Part-Time £14–£16/hr + Commission
About us
BIGLOVE.AI is a marketing agency focused on TikTok Shop growth. We create useful, engaging content and livestreams that help brands connect with customers and drive sales.
The role
We are looking for a practical, reliable TikTok livestreamer and content creator who can take ownership of regular LIVE sessions and short-form content.
You do not need to be a senior creator or have a large following, but you should have some hands-on TikTok LIVE or social content experience, be comfortable learning as you go, and be able to work independently once a brief and priorities are clear.
You will be required to work both from home and occasionally from our Wokingham-based office. Training and feedback will be provided, but this role suits someone who can prepare, go live, solve routine issues and complete follow-up tasks without close supervision.
What you’ll do
- Plan, prepare and host TikTok Shop livestreams from home and the Wokingham office.
- Use TikTok LIVE Manager to set up, monitor and manage sessions, products, comments and basic performance information.
- Present products clearly and naturally, answer viewer questions and keep the conversation moving.
- Follow campaign briefs and key product messages while speaking in your own authentic style.
- Carry out basic preparation and follow-up, such as checking products, testing equipment, recording results and sharing useful observations.
- Review what worked, suggest improvements and test new approaches with the wider marketing team.
- Ideal, but not essential: Film simple short-form TikTok content, including product demonstrations, talking-to-camera videos and trend-led ideas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
- Some practical experience hosting or supporting TikTok LIVE sessions, creating TikTok content, or working in a closely related customer-facing or sales role.
- Experience using TikTok LIVE Manager. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be familiar with the core workflow and comfortable building your knowledge.
- Confident and clear on camera, without needing to perform an exaggerated on-screen persona.
- Self-sufficient and organised: able to work alone, prepare for sessions, manage your time and follow through on agreed tasks.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback and willing to test different formats and sales approaches.
- Reliable and calm when things change or minor technical issues arise.
- Good Wi-Fi, a laptop and a suitable space for agreed home-based livestreams, plus the ability to travel to Wokingham for scheduled sessions.
