We’re looking for a TikTok Manager to join a fast-growing, founder-led business. This is a key role within the marketing team, focused on driving growth through TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates and influencer partnerships. You’ll be responsible for growing the TikTok channel, building strong partner relationships and turning social engagement into customer acquisition and revenue.

A bit about the role

  • Manage and grow the TikTok Shop affiliate programme, working with creators and affiliates to drive sales.
  • Own creator acquisition, onboarding, engagement and ongoing relationship management.
  • Identify new creators, partnership opportunities and ways to grow the TikTok Shop channel.
  • Monitor performance and use data to understand what is working and where there are opportunities to improve.
  • Test new approaches to creator partnerships, affiliate activity and social commerce.
  • Help build scalable processes and playbooks for TikTok Shop and creator partnerships.

  • Proven experience managing and growing TikTok Shop affiliate or creator programmes.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to understand performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • A hands-on approach and someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within DTC, eCommerce, consumer brands or a social-first business would be ideal.
