We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Lead to provide four weeks of cover across four client accounts.
💰 £250 per day
⏰ ASAP start
📍 Remote UK-based – you MUST be based in the UK to be considered
📅 Initial 4-week contract, with potential for ongoing work
Requirements
- Strong TikTok Shop agency experience is essential
- Agency Background
- Experience managing multiple TikTok Shop client accounts simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, including Seller Centre, affiliates, promotions, content, and paid/GMV Max
- Confident and experienced client-facing
- Comfortable managing and delegating to an existing delivery team
- Able to quickly understand account performance, identify priorities, and make decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication

The Role
- Cover 4 TikTok Shop client accounts for a four-week period
- Week 1 will be a full handover, working alongside the Founder
- Following handover, take ownership of the accounts for the remaining period
- Be introduced to clients and act as their main point of contact
- Keep clients informed and provide a clear weekly performance/update report
- Monitor account performance and identify issues, opportunities, and priorities
- Ensure agreed actions are being completed by the team
- Escalate only significant issues that genuinely require Founder involvement
Account Structure
2 accounts — Lead & Manage
- Oversee the overall account
- Manage and delegate to an existing team including:
- TikTok Shop Operator
- Affiliate Manager
- Creator Community Manager
- Set weekly priorities and ensure delivery is progressing
- Review work/performance rather than executing everything personally

2 accounts — End-to-End Management
- Take more direct ownership of day-to-day TikTok Shop management
- Manage shop operations, affiliate activity, promotions, and performance
- Identify and action growth opportunities
- Manage client communication and weekly reporting
The key requirement: we need someone who can come in quickly, understand four existing accounts, confidently manage both clients and delivery, and take genuine ownership during the cover period.
There is also potential for ongoing work after the initial four-week contract for the right person.
