About the Role
We’re looking for a Korean-speaking TikTok Shop Campaign Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering campaigns for some of our exciting brand partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and genuinely passionate about TikTok Shop. You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers and the wider team to support account growth, manage creator activity and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll do

Campaign Execution Support the day-to-day management and delivery of TikTok Shop campaigns, keeping tasks, deadlines and deliverables on track.

Affiliate Management Support creator outreach, affiliate campaigns and creator relationships to drive content and sales.

Creator Communication Build relationships with creators, follow up on opportunities and make sure creators have everything they need to produce strong content.

Account Support Work closely with Campaign Managers to support the growth and performance of client accounts.

Reporting & Analysis Track campaign performance, analyse data and help identify opportunities to improve results.

TikTok Shop Operations Support day-to-day TikTok Shop activity, including product listings, samples, campaigns and affiliate operations.

Market & Trend Awareness Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator content and developments across TikTok Shop, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team.
What we're looking for
- Korean speaker: Korean fluency is essential for this role, alongside strong English communication skills.
- TikTok Shop knowledge: You have a genuine interest in TikTok, creators and social commerce, with an understanding of how TikTok Shop works.
- Organised & reliable: You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Commercial mindset: You’re interested in what drives sales and performance — not just content for the sake of content.
- Strong communicator: You’re confident communicating with creators, clients and internal teams and building positive relationships.
- Analytical: You’re comfortable working with numbers and data and interested in understanding what drives campaign performance.
- Proactive: You take initiative, spot opportunities and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
- Adaptable: TikTok Shop moves quickly, so you’re comfortable learning new tools, processes and strategies as the platform evolves.
