About Vidrate
Vidrate is a fast-growing British FMCG brand on a mission to make drinking water anything but boring.
We’re growing rapidly across eCommerce, retail and social commerce, and we’re looking for a TikTok Shop & Content Manager to help take our social presence and TikTok Shop to the next level.
This is a hands-on, highly creative role for someone who loves making content, is confident on camera and understands how great content can drive real commercial results.
You’ll play a key role in growing Vidrate across TikTok, TikTok Shop and our wider social channels - creating daily content, hosting LIVE streams, managing our TikTok Shop and supporting some of our biggest campaigns, launches and commercial opportunities.
You’ll have genuine ownership of the channel and the opportunity to become one of the recognisable faces of Vidrate.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day growth, content and commercial performance of Vidrate on TikTok and TikTok Shop.
From creating scroll-stopping content and hosting LIVE streams to managing GMV Ads and identifying new opportunities to increase sales, you’ll sit at the heart of one of our most exciting growth channels.
We’re looking for someone who can combine creativity, personality and commercial thinking - someone who wants to make great content, but also wants to see that content translate into customers and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging, entertaining and high-energy TikTok content on a daily basis
- Be a confident, natural and engaging on-camera personality and become one of the faces of Vidrate
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, formats and ideas designed to drive views, engagement and sales
- Film, edit and publish high-quality short-form video content
- Create content around products, launches, campaigns, trends and relevant cultural moments
- Repurpose and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn where appropriate
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats and emerging content styles
- Continuously test new creative ideas and use performance data to improve content
- Bring new ideas to the table and have the confidence to try things that haven't been done before
TikTok LIVE
- Host 2–3 hours of TikTok LIVE per day
- Create engaging LIVE formats that encourage viewers to stay, interact and purchase
- Confidently present Vidrate products, offers, launches and promotions
- Engage with viewers, answer questions and build a genuine community around the brand
- Test different LIVE formats, offers and approaches to improve performance
- Monitor LIVE performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue, engagement and conversion

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
