The Role and Candidate

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within the Social Ecommerce team.

Reporting to the Senior Social Ecommerce Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations and growth of TikTok Shop across the UK and Europe as POP MART continues to scale this high-potential channel.

The role focuses on managing daily TikTok Shop operations, coordinating with agencies and creator partners, supporting content and campaign execution, optimising product listings, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across multiple markets. You will also play a key role in supporting new market launches across Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and passionate about social commerce. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy execution, take ownership of operational processes, and are motivated by the opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing channel across multiple markets.


Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Operations (Primary Focus)

  • Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, stock checks, pricing updates, and order monitoring
  • Optimise product pages to improve conversion, discoverability, and overall performance
  • Coordinate with external agencies on affiliate management, ads execution, campaign delivery, and performance tracking
  • Execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns within TikTok Shop
  • Support livestream execution by coordinating product selection, messaging, and promotional offers
  • Prepare product information, assets, and briefs to support content creation and creator collaborations
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively flag issues related to orders, logistics, or platform errors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure operational accuracy and alignment

Europe Expansion Support

  • Assist with TikTok Shop setup across new EU markets, including backend configuration and store readiness
  • Support localisation of listings, ensuring relevance across different European markets
  • Coordinate with affiliates and creators for early-stage testing, product seeding, and content trials
  • Support the management of EU TikTok accounts, including posting schedules and content coordination
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution across multiple markets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities within TikTok Shop ecosystems

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows, including listings, pricing, stock management, and order monitoring
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, creator partnerships, and commission structures
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content formats, trends, and platform behaviour
  • Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards (TikTok Shop backend, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Experience supporting content needs, including coordinating product assets and creator briefs

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience supporting TikTok Shop operations across European markets
  • Knowledge of localisation best practices for EU markets
  • Experience working with livestream teams, hosts, or studios
  • Understanding of affiliate recruitment and creator outreach strategies
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Ads or paid media optimisation
  • Experience supporting new shop setup and early-stage testing
  • Basic understanding of search and conversion optimisation within TikTok Shop
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • European language skills (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) would be an advantage
