Position Overview
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Executive to support the delivery and growth of our clients’ TikTok Shop activity.
This is a hands-on role focused on creator and affiliate management, campaign execution, performance tracking, and day-to-day TikTok Shop operations. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, creators, affiliates, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and opportunities are maximized.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially aware, and confident working with data, creators, and fast-moving social commerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop & Campaign Delivery
- Support the day-to-day delivery of TikTok Shop campaigns across client accounts
- Coordinate creator and affiliate activations, from outreach through to content delivery
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support product launches, promotions, live shopping, and key TikTok Shop moments
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure TikTok Shop activity aligns with client objectives
- Monitor campaigns and proactively flag issues and opportunities
Creator & Affiliate Management
- Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop creators and affiliates
- Research and identify relevant, high-potential creators for campaigns
- Match creators to products based on audience, content style, and performance
- Manage creator outreach, product seeding, and follow-ups
- Track creator deliverables, content performance, and affiliate activity
- Support the growth of the agency’s TikTok Shop creator network

Performance & Reporting
- Track TikTok Shop performance across creators, products, and campaigns
- Monitor key metrics including GMV, revenue, orders, commission, and ROI
- Maintain accurate reporting across TikTok Shop, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
- Produce regular performance reports and highlight key trends and insights
- Use performance data to inform future creator activations and product seeding
Commercial & Optimisation Support
- Support Account Managers with creator commissions, incentives, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign and commission efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve GMV, profitability, and ROI
- Support forecasting and planning for upcoming TikTok Shop activity
AI, Automation & Tools
- Use AI and automation tools to improve creator research, outreach, reporting, and campaign management
- Help develop efficient processes for managing creators and affiliates at scale
- Support the automation of recurring reporting and administrative tasks

Team Support
- Provide Account Managers with regular updates on campaign progress and performance
- Support internal and client meetings with relevant TikTok Shop data and insights
- Communicate proactively with creators, clients, and internal teams
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure actions are followed through to completion
Ideal Background & Skills
- 1-2 years experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, influencer marketing, or a similar environment
- Strong interest in TikTok, creators, and the social commerce landscape
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and interpreting performance data
- Commercially aware with an understanding of how creator activity drives revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms
- A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
