About the Role
The UK Fashion team is requesting one additional daily intern headcount to support the growing scope of merchant operations, campaign operations, and performance tracking.
Currently, the team’s workload is primarily handled by full-time team members. As campaign frequency merchant participation continues to increase and BFCM is coming up, additional daily execution support is needed to improve operational efficiency and ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time.
This is a new hiring request rather than a replacement role. The intern will provide daily operational support to the UK Fashion Ops team and help strengthen daily execution quality across key business moments.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Assist with merchant communication, including campaign reminders, product collection, asset follow-up, and participation tracking.
- Support campaign operations for UK Fashion, including major campaigns (BFCM), brand IP campaigns and other key seasonal initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Campaign, Shoptab and Creato to follow up on operational tasks.
- Support data collection and basic product/shop/category/industry performance analysis.
- Support ad hoc tasks related to UK Fashion category growth, merchant activation, and commercial planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
