Global TikTok Shop, D2C & CRM Manager

£60,000-75,000
London | Hybrid (4 days in office)

Our client is a high-growth, digitally led consumer brand expanding rapidly across global markets. With social commerce at the heart of its strategy, the business is investing heavily in owned channels, creator ecosystems, and data-driven customer engagement. You’ll join at a pivotal moment, shaping how the brand scales internationally through TikTok Shop, strengthens its D2C performance, and builds long-term customer value through CRM excellence.

The Global TikTok Shop, D2C & CRM Manager will lead global performance across TikTok Shop, D2C eCommerce, and lifecycle marketing, driving revenue growth, optimising conversion, and maximising customer retention across key markets.

Role Highlights

  • Own and scale TikTok Shop globally across UK, EU, and US markets
  • Drive revenue via merchandising, creators, affiliates, and live shopping
  • Manage D2C site performance including trading, launches, and optimisation
  • Lead CRM strategy across email and SMS to improve retention and LTV
  • Execute global campaigns, promotions, and trading calendar activity

You Will Need

  • Proven success growing TikTok Shop or social commerce channels
  • Strong D2C eCommerce experience (e.g. Shopify environments)
  • Hands-on CRM/lifecycle marketing expertise (e.g. Klaviyo)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong CRO and testing experience
  • Experience managing multi-market or global digital performance
