About the Company
A fast-growing British FMCG water brand, expanding rapidly across eCommerce, retail and social commerce. We're hiring a TikTok Shop & Content Manager to take our social presence and TikTok Shop to the next level - a hands-on, highly creative role for someone confident on camera who knows how great content drives real sales.
You'll have genuine ownership of the channel, with the opportunity to become one of the recognisable faces of the brand.
The Role
You'll own the day-to-day growth, content and commercial performance of the brand on TikTok and TikTok Shop - creating daily content, hosting LIVE streams, managing GMV Ads, and spotting new ways to grow sales. We need someone who combines creativity and personality with commercial thinking: content that performs, not just content that looks good.

Key Responsibilities
- Create daily short-form video content — filmed, edited and published in-house - and be a confident, engaging on-camera face of the brand
- Host 2–3 hours of TikTok LIVE per day, driving engagement, community and sales
- Own and grow TikTok Shop: listings, pricing, promotions, launches and GMV Ads
- Track performance (revenue, conversion, CPA/ROAS) and use data to keep improving
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches and brand consistency
What We're Looking For
- Confident, natural and engaging on camera - energetic and comfortable being the face of a brand
- Experienced creating, filming and editing short-form social content
- Confident with TikTok, TikTok Shop and social commerce; comfortable with GMV Ads
- Commercially minded - driven by sales, not just views
- Self-motivated, organised and able to take real ownership of a channel

Working Hours, Location & Compensation
- 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday (core hours), with flexibility around LIVE streams, campaigns and launches
- On-site – West Yorkshire | Full-time
- c.£35k base (dependent on experience) plus performance-based bonus.
