About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team develops competitive logistics products and solutions that enable seller growth and improve the overall competitiveness of the UK e-commerce ecosystem.
We are looking for a Seller Growth & Logistics Solutions Manager to drive logistics adoption and seller growth through industry-specific logistics solutions, competitive commercial propositions, and customized seller solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own seller growth strategy for UK logistics, identify addressable seller segments and develop initiatives to increase logistics adoption, penetration, and volume;
- Analyse seller performance, logistics behaviour, and industry characteristics to identify key growth opportunities and barriers;
- Design industry-specific logistics solutions based on seller characteristics including parcel profile, AOV, delivery requirements, logistics model, cost sensitivity, and customer experience expectations;
- Develop differentiated logistics propositions across key industries and seller segments rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all logistics solution;
- Design B2C and B2B logistics solutions covering different seller fulfilment models and business scenarios;
- Act as a key logistics solution interface for front-end industry and Account Management teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into scalable or customized logistics solutions;
- Own logistics solution design across the seller journey, including onboarding, pickup/drop-off, delivery, returns, exception handling, and seller/customer experience;
- Conduct customized seller rate-card and cost analysis, evaluate parcel density, volume, service requirements, and carrier cost structures to design commercially viable logistics propositions;
- Build cost models and business cases to evaluate the economics, competitiveness, and scalability of customized seller solutions;
- Work closely with Carrier Operations, Seller Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Account Management teams to launch and continuously optimize logistics solutions;
- Monitor seller adoption, volume growth, logistics penetration, cost, and experience performance, and continuously improve solutions based on business results;
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging logistics models, pricing strategies, and industry opportunities in the UK market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
