Grail Talent is a TikTok-first agency focused on TikTok Shop. We help ambitious brands grow through creator-led commerce, combining affiliate strategy, creator partnerships and data-driven campaign management to drive meaningful sales.
We’re looking for a Senior TikTok Shop Campaign Manager to take ownership of some of our key brand accounts. This is a strategic role where you’ll be responsible for driving account growth, leading client relationships and working closely with the wider team to deliver strong results.

What you’ll do
- Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies that drive GMV, creator growth and long-term account performance.
- Client Leadership: Become a trusted partner to clients, managing relationships, presenting performance and turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Campaign & Workflow Management: Take ownership of campaigns from strategy through to execution, delegating tasks across the team and ensuring everything stays on track.
- Affiliate & Creator Growth: Build and optimise affiliate programmes, creator partnerships and outreach strategies to continuously grow the creator network and sales.
- TikTok Shop Strategy: Identify opportunities across campaigns, content, livestreams, promotions and platform features to accelerate growth.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Keep up with TikTok Shop updates, creator trends, algorithm changes and emerging opportunities across the social commerce space.

What we’re looking for
- TikTok Shop Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling TikTok Shop accounts, with strong knowledge of affiliate and back-end operations.
- Strategic Thinking: You can look beyond day-to-day campaign management and build clear strategies that drive sustainable account growth.
- Client Leadership: Comfortable owning client relationships, presenting performance and confidently communicating recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Strong delegation and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
- Data-Driven: Confident working with performance data and turning insights into practical actions that improve results.
- Commercial & Proactive: You naturally look for opportunities to improve performance, take ownership and get things done in a fast-moving environment.
- Livestream Experience: Experience with TikTok Shop LIVE is a strong advantage.
