We’re looking for a results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to take ownership of the performance, visibility and growth of our existing TikTok Shops in the UK.
Reporting to the Social Commerce Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance across TikTok Shop — combining e-commerce trading, campaign strategy, creator and affiliate partnerships, content collaboration and performance marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how TikTok, creators, content and commerce come together to drive sales.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of our TikTok Shops, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and revenue while working closely with internal teams, agencies, creators and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- TikTok Shop Management - Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory, listings, promotions and day-to-day shop optimisation.
- Campaign & Sales Strategy – Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, flash sales and new product launches, using performance insights to continuously improve visibility and conversion.
- Creator & Affiliate Management – Work with agency partners and our TikTok Affiliate Executive to recruit, onboard and manage creators and affiliates. Develop creative briefs and campaign concepts that maximise reach, engagement and sales.
- Content Collaboration – Partner with agencies to align content with promotional moments, trends, seasonal activity and wider commercial strategies, helping to grow our TikTok presence through consistent, engaging content.
- Performance & Reporting – Track key metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion, ROI and creator performance, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Paid Media – Launch and optimise GMV Max campaigns and other paid initiatives to improve ROI and drive scalable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
