TikTok Shop Specialist
£42,000 base, £53,000 OTE. Fully remote, UK based. Office available in Highcliffe, Dorset. Full time, permanent.
We manage TikTok Shop, content, affiliate and paid social for product brands. We've signed a new client and need an experienced TikTok Shop manager to take ownership of shop performance.
You'll work alongside our content creator, paid social specialist and affiliate community manager.
The Role
Own TikTok Shop performance across a portfolio of brands, from setup to scaled GMV
- Build and run affiliate programmes: sourcing, vetting, briefing, seeding, and keeping creators posting
- Set commission strategy, including tiered structures and launch rates
- Run GMV Max and Shop Ads, plus Spark Code whitelisting of creator content
- Optimise product listings
- Plan and support live commerce
- Direct the content creator and affiliate community manager on what your accounts need
- Report to clients on performance, spend and next steps

What We Need
No qualifications required. We want evidence.
- A proven track record scaling brands on TikTok Shop, with case studies and real numbers: GMV before and after, over what period, with what spend
- Experience recruiting and managing affiliates at volume
- Working knowledge of Seller Centre, the affiliate marketplace, Spark Codes, GMV Max, commission structures and account health
- Paid media experience with accountability for cost per result
- Confident on client calls
- Useful but not essential: live commerce experience, and background in beauty, wellness, food and drink or home and lifestyle.
Package
- £42,000 base depending on experience
- £53,000 OTE
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday
- Fully remote, UK based. Office in Highcliffe if you want it

Bonus Structure
- Three components, with the figures written into your contract before you start:
- Client retention, paid quarterly
- GMV growth against targets agreed per account
- A payment when a client you manage upgrades or renews
