The team is responsible for UK TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Seller Growth, Fulfilment & Buyer Experience to design and execute scalable, data-driven growth programs across the full seller lifecycle on TikTok Shop UK.
This role sits within the Seller Incubation / Mass Growth team and plays a critical role in accelerating seller maturity while safeguarding fulfilment quality, buyer experience, and marketplace compliance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, program ownership, and cross-functional leadership, using data as the foundation for every decision.
- Own data-driven, full-funnel seller growth programs from onboarding to maturity.
- Drive seller fulfilment and E2E lead time improvements, including dispatch SLA and delivery performance.
- Own and improve buyer experience and aftersales metrics (late dispatch rate, complaints, refunds, returns, NPS).
- Improve seller listing quality and IPR compliance through metrics-led governance and scalable education.
- Build and use dashboards and analysis to track seller health, identify root causes, and guide decisions.
- Identify and accelerate high-potential sellers through lifecycle-based strategies and enablement.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end program impact and act as a seller operations SME.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations, seller success, or commercial/operations roles in a fast-paced digital environment.

- Hands-on data analysis skills: SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes, including dispatch SLAs, delivery performance, and core buyer experience metrics.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, perform root-cause analysis, and measure program impact.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
