Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tiler role based in Belfast. The Tiler will prepare surfaces, measure and cut tiles, and install a range of tile types to achieve precise, clean finishes. Daily tasks include:

- Mixing adhesives and grout
- Setting out patterns
- Laying tiles on floors and walls
- Ensuring alignment and level surfaces
- Repairing and replacing damaged tiles
- Cleaning and sealing finished work
- Maintaining tools and equipment

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with other trades
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and clients
To meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Practical tiling skills across multiple materials, including ceramic and marble
- Experience working with mosaics and decorative tile layouts
- Proficiency in flooring installation and general tiling techniques
- Strong measurement, cutting, and surface preparation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow plans or drawings, and to work effectively as part of a site team
- Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and adherence to health and safety practices
- Previous on-site construction or tiling experience; relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time to meet project schedules
