Future Innovations Tiling & Bathrooms is a UK-based commercial contractor, founded in 2021, that specializes in high-spec, large-format tiling. The company delivers expert installations for residential developments, apartment schemes, and refurbishment projects. Working closely with developers and principal contractors, Future Innovations Tiling & Bathrooms focuses on quality, reliability, and meeting project timelines. The team is committed to professional workmanship and consistent standards across all contracted programs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tiler role based in Warrington. The Tiler will prepare surfaces, set out work areas, and install a range of tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, and other internal spaces in residential and apartment developments. Daily tasks include:

- Cutting and shaping tiles
- Mixing and applying adhesives and grout
- Ensuring alignment and level finishes
- Completing high-spec detailing to meet project specifications

The role also involves:
- Working to site plans
- Collaborating with site managers and other trades
- Maintaining safe working practices
- Completing work within agreed timeframes while upholding company quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong tiling skills across multiple materials, including ceramic, marble, and general tiling.
- Experience with decorative and detailed work, including mosaics and feature tiling.
- Competence in flooring installations, including preparation, leveling, and finishing of tiled floors.
- Proven experience in commercial or residential tiling projects, ideally in high-spec or large-format installations.
- Ability to read and work from drawings and site plans, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good awareness of health and safety practices on construction sites and use of appropriate PPE.
- Reliable work ethic, ability to work as part of a site team, and willingness to meet project deadlines.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in tiling or a related construction discipline preferred.
