Job Title: Tiling & Stone Site Supervisor
Location: Central London (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (or Contract considered)
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 per annum (DOE) / Equivalent Day Rate
Start Date: Late August / Early September 2026
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tiling and Stone Site Supervisor to oversee high-end finishings across mixed-use commercial and residential projects in Central London. You will manage the day-to-day operations of tiling subcontractors, ensuring installations meet prestigious architectural specifications safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage daily progress of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone installations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct strict snagging lists and ensure flawless geometric layouts and finishes.
- Health & Safety: Enforce RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and site safety protocols.
- Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between sub-contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Logistics: Oversee material deliveries, storage, and waste management to avoid site delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Card: Valid CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor) or Black Card (Manager).
- Safety: SSSTS or SMSTS certification is mandatory.
- First Aid: Current First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years supervising tiling or stone masonry projects in the UK.
- Skills: Strong blueprint reading, setting-out knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
