Position: Full-time, Permanent
James Latham is a leading Timber/Panel importer and distributor in the UK. We are looking for a Timber Sales Manager to join the team at our Dudley branch.
About the Role
As the Timber Sales Manager you will oversee the day to day management of the Timber Sales Team, ensuring day to day sales and margins targets are achieved. Other responsibilities within the role will be to oversee sales proactivity, develop strategies to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and manage stock profiles.
The role involves managing, coaching, and motivating the Timber Sales Team while analysing sales data and identifying key market intelligence to enhance performance.
Requirements
You will be highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Sales Manager or in similar sales role. You will need excellent people management skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
