Timber Wall Panel Operative (CCG Offsite Manufacturing)
CCG is one of Scotland’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and our in-house timber frame manufacturing division, CCG OSM, is one of the leading companies of its kind in the UK.
Due to ongoing expansion, CCG OSM seeks a skilled & highly motivated person – with experience of building closed timber wall panels – to work on our Wall Line to assist the Line Leaders in achieving their daily and weekly targets.
SALARY: Salary of £14.45 rising to £15.05 per hour after initial training and site familiarity, PLUS weekly incentive for production output paid twice annually.

HOURS: Full-time early shift 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00 to 14.00. Back shift: 34 hours per week with a 10.5% shift allowance, Monday to Thursday 1400 -2200 & Friday 14.00 to 18.00.
LOCATION: 2 Drumhead Road, Glasgow East Investment Park, G32 8EX
STATUS: Permanent
Skills
- Have previous experience with closed-wall timber panel.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Ability to drive themselves to achieve and surpass targets.
- Excellent attitude and desire to work.
- Ability to communicate with all line staff and the line leader
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- High standard of timekeeping and attendance.
- Willingness to listen and learn.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment and methods, within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping in all areas of line.
- Working team member on Wall line.
- Responsible for area of line as designated by line leader.
- Assist line leader with training as required.
