About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Time & Attendance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Time & Attendance Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of workforce data. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining time and attendance systems, supporting payroll processes, and working closely with managers to resolve queries and maintain compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with mobilisations, working closely with the HR Support Team to ensure that sites and employees are set up correctly including necessary travel to new client sites for installation.
  • Calculate and amend holiday adjustments in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with the T&A Mobilisation Lead and T&A Compliance Lead to ensure training materials are up to date, making amendments and rolling them out as required.
  • Partner with the T&A Business Support Analyst on Monthly Operational Drop-Ins.
  • Represent T&A in bid meetings to ensure that commitments are realistic and achievable.
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity in the system ensure that we are in line with our Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Help to enforce policies and procedures within the system ensuring that the business is following these, escalating anything to the T&A Manager as required.
  • Running reports from the system and identifying data updates and then working closely with the other T&A Team members to ensure that data is updated in the system.
  • Payroll checks to support Payroll processes as required.
  • Conducting investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise, escalating to the T&A Manager as required.
  • Respond to queries and assist with rectifying any issues within agreed SLA, via case management system and email.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Operations, Payroll, and HR teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and ways of working.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
  • Experience with Timegate desirable but not essential.
