About The Role
Timetabling Administrator
This full-time post is available from immediately on a fixed-term basis until 23/08/2027. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
We are looking for a timetabling administrator to help build and maintain the University timetable for staff and students who are attending classes located at our Streatham and St Luke’s sites. The post holder will have a key role in supporting academics and students to realise the best possible timetable for their teaching and learning at the University.
The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving, will be able to multi-task, and will be committed to excellence in customer care. With experience in a range of office systems and software including Outlook, Word, and Excel, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in writing, by email, on the telephone, and in person. They will also be an excellent team player and be committed to equal opportunities. Experience with various aspects of scheduling, events planning, and stakeholder liaison would also be advantageous.
