Role Overview
If you have the passion to lead and be a part of our friendly and dynamic the Tissue Viability team, we are looking for an inspiring individual who have the enthusiasm to deliver quality care and an advocate of excellent patient experience. We have an opportunity for a B6 TVN post in acute setting in Royal Surrey Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead TVN and Harm Free Care Matron and other specialists to deliver high quality patient care with a specific focus on tissue viability across the trust.
- Support strategically and to influence the development of the service in line with national and local targets.
