Job Summary

At TITAN PMR we are seeking a pharmacy technician or dispenser who will act as the Implementation Lead of Titan PMR into pharmacies. The ideal candidates will manage individual Pharmacy implementation through an established process to Go Live and four weeks beyond.

You will be the first contact for the pharmacy, welcoming them to TITAN PMR and coaching them through the many time-critical tasks involved in the implementation process. You will report on the progress of each pharmacy and will ultimately decide if the pharmacy is ready to Go Live with TITAN PMR.

Most of the work is carried out remotely from home but there will be occasions where you will be required to attend the pharmacy premises in person to provide support and training.

At a high level you will be measured on the number of pharmacies that have implemented TITAN PMR and the satisfaction of customers with the implementation process.

Responsibilities

Your main activities will be the following:

  • Understanding of the pharmacy business, physical environment, their current supply process and services they provide.
  • The goal of the pharmacy business and what they want to achieve.
  • Communicating the benefits of TITAN PMR initially to the customers and reminding why they have taken on TITAN PMR.
  • Coaching pharmacy leads through each of the activities that need to be completed.
  • Installation of Titan software on to customer provided devices.
  • Recording the completion of activities.
  • Training on the different aspects of TITAN PMR.
  • Troubleshooting and solving pharmacy issues.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy based experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with Titan PMR, Zendesk ticketing system and Clickup is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Having a driving licence is essential.

Salary

30-35K depending on experience.
