Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Property Solicitor looking for a role where you can utilise your technical expertise without the pressure of managing your own caseload?
We're working with a well-established yet forward-thinking law firm that is looking to expand its busy Property Department with the appointment of an experienced Qualified Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to join its dedicated Title Checking Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys the technical aspects of conveyancing and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.

As part of the Title Checking Team, you will be responsible for reviewing residential conveyancing files, ensuring titles are thoroughly checked and raising appropriate enquiries where required.
You will work across a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold transactions
- New build properties
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, requiring minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and high technical standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across all residential transaction types
- Experience reviewing titles and raising comprehensive enquiries
- The ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and organised approach to your work
