Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
The Content Localisation team, responsible for dubbing, subtitling, accessibility, main/episodic titles, and marketing assets, plays a crucial role in delivering these programs to an expanding international audience by focusing on localised audio and text services, fostering a collaborative team environment, and utilising technology.
Title Producer, UK
As Title Producer, UK, you will support members in experiencing high-quality dubbed audio and expertly crafted subtitles, preserving creative intent and enhancing the localised experience for viewers everywhere. With Netflix's ongoing international expansion, support for new languages, and the introduction of new content formats, providing dubbing and subtitling services is essential to our success, making this an exciting time to join the company.
The Role
The Title Producer team serves as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end localisation process across all assigned titles in their country or slate. This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility, and marketing assets, ensuring that localised content reflects Netflix’s creative vision and meets regional standards for quality and authenticity. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Content, Post, Marketing, external partners, and more, to inform localisation strategies, optimise workflows, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. By supporting operational excellence, this role plays a critical role in delivering a world-class member experience and supporting the global launch of Netflix content.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate on localisation strategy for new content formats, partnering closely with Strategy & Innovation, Vendor Strategy, and Language Production to test and refine workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
