Summary

Are you a natural problem-solver who loves diving into data to find the story behind the numbers?

Do you want a role that sits right at the heart of the action?

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Technology & Insights directorate.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as the central hub for our project portfolio, ensuring the seamless delivery of vital projects and programmes. You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be providing the essential insights that help our senior management make data-driven decisions. Whether you are a rising talent looking to grow your career or an experienced professional seeking a fluid role with impact, you will play a key part in maintaining our governance standards and supporting our project managers to succeed.

Main Responsibilities

As our PMO Analyst, you will support the PMO Lead and the wider team by keeping our project data accurate, accessible, and insightful. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: You will gather, analyse, and report on critical project data, including milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, preparing these insights for the senior management team.
  • Quality Assurance: You will act as a guardian of quality, providing assurance on project status reports and ensuring all data submitted is accurate and consistent.
  • Governance & Tracking: You will assist with project tracking and the management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), ensuring every project sticks to our established governance standards.
  • System Super-User: You will act as the "super-user" for our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, maintaining templates and guidance documents to ensure a consistent approach across the business.
  • Team Support: You will provide direct administrative support to the PMO team, managing schedules, team calendars, and handling the onboarding and offboarding logistics for project managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
