Specialist aligned to the Trade Management activities for all Vanguard products. Provides product-aligned support to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and provides critical oversight of a third-party provider. Responsible for daily execution and operational escalation where required.
Core Responsibilities
- Supports the Trade Management activities for all Vanguard products to ensure operational objectives are met. Analyzes and delivers insights to inform and enhance investment management decisions.
- Consults and advises key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues. Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.
- Serves as an escalation contact for the Trade Management team. Creates, builds, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly a third-party provider.
- Proactively anticipates portfolio events and leads process enhancement initiatives.
- Engages and collaborates with internal partners to provide holistic support. Continually develops product support skills and strengthens insight through increased service experience.
- Oversees internal event tracking, performs incident analysis, and incorporates findings into process improvements. Evaluates and enhances workflows.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- IMC preferred.
