Your role

An exciting opportunity to join the Thermal Management Solutions (TMS) segment of Edwards business during a huge transition and period of growth. Focused on penetrating our existing Edwards customers with differentiated technology and helping shape and manage an already well-defined future roadmap of innovative products.

Edwards has a strong, clear leadership position in pumps & abatement but is now looking at the opportunity to gain share in TMS products. This role is a critical role within the team to drive and establish the TMS sustaining team that ensures released products continue to meet customer expectations, business objectives, and maintain the products through the rest of their product lifecycle. Reliability, compliance adherence, cost effectiveness, and quality are core to those expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team
  • Manage team workload, priorities, capacity, and resourcing across multiple product lines
  • Own post-launch sustaining activities, including issue resolution, design updates, and lifecycle management
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and change management
  • Ensure products remain reliable, compliant, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support
  • Champion customer experience and continuous product improvement using field data and feedback
  • Feed product and app feature insights into software and NPI teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, and internal standards
  • Improve sustaining processes, tools, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
