TMT Audit Partner – London
Location: London (hybrid)

Technology, media and telecoms is one of the fastest-growing audit markets in the UK, and the firms that win there need Partners who understand the sector.
IN2 Consult is working with several Top 15 firms that are investing heavily in their TMT practices. Each wants an Audit Partner in London who can lead the offering, win the right clients and become the firm's go-to name in the sector.
The role
- Lead and grow a TMT audit portfolio, acting as RI on complex, high-growth engagements
- Build the firm's profile across the tech ecosystem: founders, investors, CFOs and advisers
- Advise on sector-specific issues such as revenue recognition (IFRS 15), capitalised development costs, share-based payments and going concern in high-growth businesses
- Work with Transaction Services, Tax and Advisory colleagues on IPO, fundraising and exit work
- Develop the next generation of TMT audit leaders

What you'll bring
- RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience
- Already a Partner, or a Director ready to be promoted now
- A strong TMT client base and a network across the investor and founder community
- Deep IFRS and UK GAAP expertise, especially in revenue and software accounting
- Proven ability to win work and lead teams
