TMT Audit Partner – London

Location: London (hybrid)

Package: Highly competitive base + clear route to equity + benefits

Firms: Several Top 15 UK accounting firms

Technology, media and telecoms is one of the fastest-growing audit markets in the UK, and the firms that win there need Partners who understand the sector.

IN2 Consult is working with several Top 15 firms that are investing heavily in their TMT practices. Each wants an Audit Partner in London who can lead the offering, win the right clients and become the firm's go-to name in the sector.

The role

  • Lead and grow a TMT audit portfolio, acting as RI on complex, high-growth engagements
  • Build the firm's profile across the tech ecosystem: founders, investors, CFOs and advisers
  • Advise on sector-specific issues such as revenue recognition (IFRS 15), capitalised development costs, share-based payments and going concern in high-growth businesses
  • Work with Transaction Services, Tax and Advisory colleagues on IPO, fundraising and exit work
  • Develop the next generation of TMT audit leaders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
