We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate to join our client's Technology Investment Banking team in London. The team advises leading software, IT services, digital infrastructure, fintech and broader technology businesses across Europe on a range of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments.
Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, private capital raises and strategic advisory mandates across the Technology sector.
- Build, review and oversee complex financial models, valuation analyses, transaction materials and buyer/investor targeting exercises.
- Take ownership of key workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinating with clients, counterparties, diligence providers and internal deal teams.
- Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates, providing guidance on financial analysis, transaction execution and client deliverables.

Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience within investment banking, corporate finance or M&A advisory, with significant transaction execution exposure.
- Technology Expertise: Demonstrable experience advising technology businesses, ideally across Software, IT Services, Digital Infrastructure, FinTech, Internet or Tech-Enabled Services.
- Transaction Execution: Strong track record of executing M&A transactions, capital raises or strategic advisory mandates in a fast-paced environment.
