Salary: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Marylebone Services is proud to recruit on behalf of a gorgeous, boutique nursery near Finchley Road (NW11). This nursery takes immense pride in creating a cosy, secure, and home-away-from-home environment. Here, the youngest children thrive safely under the watchful eyes of a warm, experienced team.
As the Toddler Room Leader, you will spearhead the learning, care, and development of our wonderful toddlers aged 18 months to 2.25 years. If you are passionate about early childhood education and love guiding a team to success, we want to hear from you!

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Room: Oversee the daily operations of the toddler room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Team Management: Guide, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of up to 8 practitioners.
- Curriculum Planning: Deliver creative, age-appropriate activities tailored to children aged 18 months to 2 and a quarter.
- Parent Partnerships: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through excellent communication.
- Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance with EYFS guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent/above).
- Leadership Experience: Ideally, proven experience managing or supervising a team of up to 8 staff members.
- Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
