Main activity: The Tod's Supervisor works under the direction of the Store Manager. The Supervisor implements all necessary assigned functions. Supervisor participates in generating sales and bringing in revenue for the company. This job requires a blend of skill, competency, and immense dedication. They are often required to attend different types of training programs (sales, collections, procedures). They should possess strong verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Complies with Hogan policies and procedures
  • Completes all the assigned tasks by the Store Manager.
  • Has good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and as well as convincing abilities, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
  • Communicates professionally with diplomacy and tact
  • Exchanges merchandise for customers
  • Places special orders/reservations or calls other stores to find desired items. Recommends, selects, and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Meets assigned sales targets & deadlines in the given period of time
  • Maintains the proper display of goods in the store and ensures that they comply with the quality standards.
  • Keeps track of new products and prices in the store. Keeps track of all the prices and labels on the display.
  • Replenishes all necessary items on display and when required.
  • Analyzes sell-through activity in order to replenish stock, adjust display
  • Keeps record of department merchandise.
  • Actively organizes and participates in store inventories
  • Attends sales training activities.
  • Trains new recruits
  • Maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases
  • Is a team player that develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
