Join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing and inspecting small tool equipment to ensure it meets safety and performance standards before rental. With strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, you’ll provide excellent customer service and assist with general yard duties as required.
What You Will Do
- Perform thorough testing and inspection of equipment, to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests, inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed on equipment. Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with safety regulations and standards.
- General yard duties as required to include assisting with the loading and unloading of machinery.

What You Will Need
- Construction, agricultural and/or mechanical experience would be desirable.
- Strong understanding of machinery and equipment and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
