Purpose:
To repair, maintain and develop production Mould Tools.
Main Duties:
- Support Safety Checks and Improvement activities as required.
- Carry out preventative maintenance according to schedule and documented procedure.
- Carry out repairs with the objective of preventing re-occurrence and improving tool robustness.
- Maintain tool work records and complete necessary Toolroom documentation.
- Support the improvement and maintenance of 5S standards.
- Carry out root cause analysis when appropriate to ensure robustness of corrective actions and repairs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Must be a time served Toolmaker.
- City & Guilds Toolmaker and/or ONC Mechanical Engineering.
- Capability to work under own supervision.
- Strong background in injection mould tool manufacture & maintenance.
- Cross functional department working.

Working Hours
3 shift rotating pattern.
- Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
- Fridays 6am-1pm / 1pm-8pm / 8pm-3am
