Tooling Adoption & Enablement Expert - permanent

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Adoption & Enablement SME to accelerate the successful adoption and embedment of Jira and Kiplot across our change community.

This is not simply a technical tooling role. The successful candidate will work alongside teams and individuals to translate our ways of working into practical, effective use of the tools, providing hands-on coaching, training and support.

A key outcome of the role will be to build sustainable capability within the organisation through a train-the-trainer approach, reducing reliance on central support over time and creating a confident, self-sufficient community of users.

Key Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Act as the SME for Jira and Kiplot adoption, helping colleagues understand not just how to use the tools, but how to use them effectively within their day-to-day work.
  • Deliver engaging training, coaching, drop-in sessions and practical clinics for different levels of experience.
  • Provide targeted, hands-on support to teams during implementation and embedment.
  • Identify common adoption challenges, skills gaps and areas where additional coaching is needed.
  • Develop practical guidance, learning materials, FAQs and reusable training assets.
  • Establish a train-the-trainer model, building a network of capable champions who can support their own teams.
  • Partner with change, delivery, transformation and tooling stakeholders to ensure tooling supports agreed ways of working.
  • Gather feedback from the community and use it to improve training, guidance and user experience.
  • Champion good practice and encourage consistent use of Jira and Kiplot across the change community.
  • Support new functionality and changes through communications, demonstrations and targeted learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
