What you'll do as the Tooling Project Engineer (Injection Moulding)
- Project manage injection moulding tooling from quote through to series production, working across three sites and with overseas suppliers
- Manage tooling projects through quotation, sourcing, design, development and launch into production
- Carry out DFM and Moldflow studies to make sure parts are feasible and optimised
- Liaise with customers on all project matters, providing weekly updates and keeping milestones on track
- Work closely with quality, manufacturing and supply chain teams to deliver smooth product launches
- Manage engineering changes and keep timing plans, trackers and status reports up to date

- Solid knowledge of injection moulding and mould tooling, gained hands-on
- Proven project management experience, including customer-facing activities, comfortable managing projects holistically rather than being hands-on in the tool room
- Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas (around two trips per year)
