This ISO 9001:2015 accredited company has been a trusted provider of manufacturing solutions for over fifty years. Specialising in bespoke injection moulding services, they operate from a new site launched in 2020 and have experienced strong growth in both turnover and team size.
In this role, you will be responsible for the modification and repair of a range of injection moulding machines that produce high-quality components for clients across multiple industries. You'll be working closely with the production and quality teams to ensure output meets company and customer standards.

The Role:
- Use of manual milling machines
- Use of lathes
- Use of surface and cylindrical grinders
- Use of manual and CNC spark eroders
- Use of CNC wire eroder
- Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools
- Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
- Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders
The Person:
- Experience in Toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting
- Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex tools including their repair
