£35,000 plus uncapped commission + bonus structure

This new role will help to develop and grow our TopHealth sales strategy. With a strong presence in premium workplace to build from, the role is predominantly new business focussed, opening new sectors and creating new sales opportunities within the leisure, wellness + fitness, hospitality & education sectors.

Already popular in the workplace sector, TopHealth offers a range of naturally flavoured waters on tap, with the option to customise drinks with added electrolytes and vitamins. This role will focus on driving growth in the leisure and hotel sectors, where health and wellbeing is a top priority.

Operating our own subsidiary business in the UK, Scanomat supplies and supports our end-user customers directly through our own in-house expert team — and that team is expanding fast. We're not your normal company, and we're not looking for normal people. We want the best: super-talented people with the capability to grow as we grow, add real value, and help us push the limits of the premium coffee and hydration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving company sales targets
- Open new sectors — wellness + fitness centres, hospitality and education — through direct outreach
- Run on-site product demonstrations
- Build and manage a sector-specific pipeline from first contact through to signed order
- Represent Scanomat at relevant trade events and industry meetups
- Work with marketing team to help drive sales leads

Who you Are
Essential
- Field sales experience with a track record of securing new business
- Comfortable at presenting to senior clients and leasing with architects and designers
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK
Desirable
- Existing relationships in fitness, healthcare, or hospitality facilities management
- Experience selling premium products and services
- Midlands based - with a national coverage remit
