Total Reward Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded Reward professional to join a collaborative HR team and contribute to the development and delivery of compensation, benefits and reward initiatives. Working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, you will provide data-driven insights, support annual reward cycles, and help ensure reward programmes remain competitive, effective and aligned to business objectives.
The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, reward projects and people analytics, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their expertise within Total Reward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews, bonus processes and reward planning activities.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analyse external remuneration data to inform reward recommendations and workforce decisions.
- Maintain job architecture, salary structures and reward-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Produce reward and workforce analytics, delivering meaningful reporting and insights to HR and business stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting, headcount planning and cost analysis by providing detailed workforce and compensation data.
- Support benefits reviews, vendor analysis and pay equity initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of reward frameworks and employee value propositions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and operational teams on reward projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality and increase automation across reward and HR processes.

Candidate Profile & Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, People Analytics or a related HR discipline.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
- Prior exposure to compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, incentive programmes or benefits administration would be advantageous.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, modelling, pivot tables and scenario analysis.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Workday Reporting or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience within financial services, professional services, trading, energy, commodities or other commercially focused sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
