About the Role
As Total Reward Specialist Europe, you shape our total rewards strategy for Belgium and our commercial teams in key European markets including France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the UK. We’re looking for an experienced Total Rewards professional with passion, precision, and the drive to take ownership. The role combines hands-on operational work with the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the Payroll Expert and our HR Business Partners in a very hands-on HR Team.
With solid experience in Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits, you’re ready to take real ownership of European compensation topics and make an impact across different markets. If you’re genuinely curious about how Total Reward works differently market by market, you’ll find this role endlessly interesting.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery across countries and employee groups.
- Execute the full annual reward cycle independently, covering budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations.
- Maintain accurate reward data and reporting on salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics to support HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes, ensuring consistent application and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize programs.
- Act as the go-to expert for reward matters across European teams, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
