Total Rewards Manager
£70,000 + Bonus | Remote / Hybrid (UK or Ireland) | Permanent
JGA are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology business as they look to appoint a Total Rewards Manager to lead their compensation, benefits, and reward strategy.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape the reward function from the ground up. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership team, you'll own compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits, reward reporting, and pay transparency initiatives, becoming the go-to expert for all reward-related matters.
The Role
- Lead the annual salary review and compensation planning process.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, pay structures, and job evaluation.
- Own employee benefits across multiple countries, including renewals and provider relationships.
- Drive EU Pay Transparency compliance and pay equity analysis.
- Produce insightful reward reporting for senior leadership and investors.
- Partner with Finance to ensure seamless payroll data and governance.

About You
- Proven experience in a dedicated Reward, Compensation, or Total Rewards role.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland reward practices and benefits.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to present data to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and governance reporting.
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms.
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, growing business where you can build new processes.
