Role Purpose
The Tour Administration Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of inspiresport tours through accurate administration, operational organisation and football fixture coordination. Working closely with Tour Coordinators, Tour Reps and delivery partners, the role ensures tour arrangements are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are met, and fixtures are coordinated to a high standard. The post holder will contribute to the smooth running of tours by supporting day-to-day administration, match-day planning, supplier coordination and record keeping while upholding inspiresport's values and service standards.
Operational
- Support Tour Coordinators with tour administration, bookings and group file management.
- Assist in sourcing and securing tour services, ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Manage administrative tasks including API entry, booking amendments and tour kit distribution.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Source, negotiate and coordinate football fixtures, venues, officials and associated logistics.
- Develop strong relationships with clubs, academies, schools, federations and delivery partners.
- Collaborate with operational teams, Tour Reps and local hosts to ensure successful tour delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues, resolving issues proactively and supporting continuous improvement.

Skills And Experience
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in administration, customer service, travel, sport or operational support environments.
- Knowledge of tour operations, travel logistics or event coordination is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM, booking or tour management systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and duty of care requirements.
- Interest in sport, particularly football, and an understanding of the needs of touring groups.
