Tour Assistant Overview

The Touring team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, end-to-end travel services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

As a Tour Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to the team, helping ensure a seamless and personalised client experience. You will assist with the coordination and execution of tour travel logistics, ensuring all arrangements align with both company and client policies.

This role is part of a structured development pathway, offering clear progression opportunities toward becoming a Tour Coordinator.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Touring team across all aspects of client tour requests
  • Create and maintain accurate tour movement sheets with consistency and attention to detail
  • Assist with booking basic travel arrangements under supervision
  • Support the design and creation of detailed hotel presentation decks for artists
  • Utilise GDS and other internal systems and tools implemented at TAG
  • Assist with supplier negotiations to secure competitive rates, maximise savings and support company profitability

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Travel & Tourism experience through work or education
  • Proven experience working in a service-focused environment, preferably within touring or travel
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
