Tour Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Tour Coordinator to join our International and UK Touring team. In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the department, working closely with the International and Licensing Manager and Assistant Producer (UK Tour Booking).

You will help coordinate the booking, delivery and settlement of UK tours and international productions, including contracts, tracking and settlements. You will also support the development of our touring and international slate, maintain production information for international licences, and build relationships with theatres and international producers. The role will work closely with JWP’ s Marketing, Development, Finance and General Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the International and UK Touring team, including maintaining production schedules and trackers, scheduling meetings, circulating minutes and updating documentation.
  • Coordinate venue contracting and settlement processes for UK tours.
  • Support the planning and delivery of international productions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with venues and international producers.
  • Work closely with the General Management teams to support the development and delivery of UK and international productions.

Permanent, subject to 3-month probation period.

Hours

10am-6pm, Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of the position the Tour Coordinator will be required to work outside of these hours to support the production/s as required.

Pension

Employee 5%, Employer 3%

Annual Leave

28 days’ holiday per annum (inclusive of all standard public holidays), increasing by 1 day per year of service up to an additional 5 days.
