Tour Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, commercially minded Tour Coordinator to oversee merchandise sales across live events, tours and festivals, supporting 300+ events each year.

You will work with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure merchandise operations run smoothly, from product ranges and stock forecasting through to on-site sales and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate merchandise operations at live events and festivals.
  • Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and international partners.
  • Attend events to oversee operations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop product ranges and forecast stock requirements.
  • Manage and brief freelance event staff, including contracts and payments.
  • Monitor cash, equipment and merchandise displays.
  • Maintain POS and reporting systems, including Square and Atvenu.
  • Prepare budgets, sales reports and P&L analysis.
  • Review project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and projects.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible, proactive approach to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in live events, music, entertainment or merchandise is desirable.
