🗂 We’re Hiring: Tour Operations Executive
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Tour Operations Executive to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of tours and travel programs. This role ensures that itineraries, suppliers, transportation, accommodation, tour guides, and customer arrangements are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tour operations from booking confirmation through tour completion.
- Prepare and maintain tour itineraries, schedules, operational documents, and travel information.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour guides, attractions, restaurants, and local suppliers.
- Confirm reservations, services, schedules, rooming lists, transfers, and other tour arrangements.
- Monitor tour schedules and ensure all services are delivered according to agreed itineraries.
- Communicate with tour leaders, guides, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, and unexpected travel disruptions efficiently.
- Provide operational support to customers and travel partners before and during tours.
- Conduct supplier research and assist with negotiating rates, contracts, and service arrangements.
- Maintain accurate booking records, supplier databases, cost sheets, invoices, and operational documentation.
- Monitor tour costs and assist with budgeting and profitability analysis.
- Conduct post-tour reviews and collect feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Support the development and improvement of tour packages, itineraries, and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

✅ Requirements
- Experience in tour operations, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel and tourism operations.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings, suppliers, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm during operational disruptions.
- Attention to detail when handling itineraries, bookings, costs, and travel documentation.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, reservation systems, or tour-management software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections, supplier meetings, or tour support when required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
